Susan is a qualified Australian Lawyer and Registered Migration Agent with an extensive legal background and over a decade of experience in Australian migration law.
Susan moved to Australia from Ireland and went through the immigration process herself. She knows what it feels like to have your future depend on an application: the waiting, the uncertainty, the weight of getting it right. That’s why she set up Power Migration Law, to provide trusted guidance, legal expertise and knowledge by a team that really cares.
Susan has always had an interest in law, studying a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in law and LLB in Ireland followed by a Masters, to a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and practice followed by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and becoming an Australian Lawyer. She loves legislation and policy and makes sure that she is across all the nuances and intricacies’ of the ever-changing Australian immigration legal framework. From straight forward cases to the more challenging and complex matters, she never shies away from a challenge.
